Support the Foundation
The Humboldt Group Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Contributions go to education and cultural programming, not to overheads dressed up as impact.
Ways to help
Money is one of them, and not always the most useful. Tell us what you can offer and we will match it to a programme that needs it.
One-off or recurring support that goes directly into scholarships, workshops and cultural programming.
Universities, schools and cultural organisations that want to run a programme with us. That is how most of our work has reached further.
Teach a workshop, mentor an emerging artist, or help build a course. Time from the right person is worth a great deal.
Contribute work, space or sponsorship to the Hernán Gamboa Gallery and its exhibitions of Latin American art.
Where it goes
These are the initiatives currently in preparation. A contribution today is what moves one of them from planned to open.
Scholarships and assistance for students in financial need.
Free workshops on computing, AI, résumé preparation and job search.
Exhibitions whose proceeds support scholarships and educational programmes.
Open call, mentorship and exhibition for new artists.
Seminars for teachers on technology and new methodologies.
Charitable status
The Foundation operates exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Whether funds arrive as gifts, contributions or otherwise, both income and principal are devoted to advancing our mission. If you need documentation for a donation, ask us and we will provide it.
There is no online payment form yet, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. Write to us or call, and we will arrange the contribution properly, with a receipt.
